BaySwim strives to deliver excellence and be recognised as national leaders in our industry.

Our values recognise the need to constantly adapt, develop and innovate, with the philosophy to inspire the community to enjoy positive changes through innovative experiences.

The BaySwim programme is designed and focused on developing swimmers through ability, not age, so they can move up a level at any time when they are ready. It also has a focus on staff training and maximising swim time to get the most out of your session.

We are a proud partner of Northern Arena to ensure you get the best learn to swim programme in New Zealand. Northern Arena has won the Overall Outstanding Swim School of the Year award consecutively, from 2012 – 2017, and we are working alongside them to ensure our families get the best experience possible.

Northern Arena Programme

The Northern Arena Programme is based upon many little levels to increase progression opportunity. As soon as your child has mastered their level, they can shift up immediately to continue progression.

Under 5’s levels are, however, set with age ranges to ensure developmental stages are met through repetition and that the children have a good base before moving into school age lesson structures.

Lesson plans are continually assessed and developed to ensure we are being progressive and leading the industry.
