Our swimming lessons focus on getting babies comfortable in the water. Once your little one learns to love being in the water, they can learn to move and play in the water with confidence.
Baby swimming lessons help strengthen baby muscles, enhances co-ordination and balance, provides positive encouragement, helps develop social skills, and improves brain development. You’re in the pool with them for the whole lesson which is also a great time to bond with your little one.
All our baby teachers complete additional internal training, to ensure they are highly trained and skilled in teaching baby swimming lessons.
Aquababes lessons focus on fostering a love of the water. This the best way to improve confidence and prepare your child for swimming lessons in the future.

We know it’s not always easy to bring your baby to a new environment, so here’s a helpful list of what we recommend you bring along with you:
At least one towel.
Swim nappy.
Swimming costume is optional, make it snug fitting.
Our under 3 year old's do not need a cap and goggles.
A healthy snack and some hydration (swimming lessons can be hard work).
Remember to pack supervision wrist bands so you can play with your child after the lesson when restrictions allow (you will receive your wristbands from reception before your first lesson).
